Terms and Policies

Please read this Agreement carefully before using the Services. By using the website https://rockpos.com (the "Site"), features and other content (collectively, the "Products") offered by Hamsa Technologies Ltd. ("RockPOS"), you signify your assent to become bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you do not have any right to use the Services.

The Products, owned and operated by RockPOS, installed on users’ PrestaShop back office to synchronize all data made and collected by PrestaShop and display in the Products for local usage. Any changes in setting in the Products applies only to the Products and do not make any changes on users’ PrestaShop back office.This Agreement applies to all users of the Product. Your use of the Products is an acknowledgment that you understand and agree to be bound by this Agreement, any fees applicable to you, any additional guidelines, RockPOS's Policies, and any future modifications of this Agreement.

Terms and conditions of use

The Products are accessed by you ("User" or "you") under the following terms and conditions:

1- Access to the Products

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, RockPOS may provide the Products, which are selected by you, solely for your own use. You can give permission to use the Products to third party (known as “employee”) but must made an acknowledgement that the Products belong to RockPOS.

You are allowed to make any necessary modifications to the purchased modules to fit your purposes as long as the changes are in accordance license you acquire.

You are not allowed to resell or redistribute the Products without written approval from RockPOS.

2- Upgrade the Products

From the purchasing date, you are free to upgrade to any new versions of the purchased items during a period of time that your license lasts (1 month or 1 year). When the license expires, you are not allowed to upgrade the Products until you renew license.

The Products cannot be used after licence expires.

3- Warranty

Our items are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our items.


1- Support

Support time

Our general support hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 (UTC+7). Although we strive to respond to all queries within 48 hours, our actual response time may vary and we may well take longer to respond to more advanced or technical queries.

Support channels

We will only provide Support Service through our support interface which is accessible at support.rockpos.com. Currently, we don't provide live support yet.


We may ask you to send us your login credentials if we need them in order to assist you. Rest assured, your information is confidential. Only you and our support team will be able to access.
We also created frequently answered questions (FAQs) and Knowledge base (KB) articles which contain answers to common questions or give most-asked solutions. We encourage you exploring our FAQs and KBs as you can solve problems by yourself in faster way.

Support coverage

We only support our products. We will also fix any bug/error in our Products to make sure they work well in your shop exactly like our demo.
Our support Service does not include customizing our products to fit your own needs; customization request will require some extra fee.

2- Payment


We do partnership with several companies who provide online payment solutions. All payment transactions will be done at these third party services' websites through secure connection. Your payment details are saved and secured at these online payment third party and your payment will be taken automatically when it comes to renew time. 
We will not ask you to provide credit card information on RockPOS.com. We also do not store your credit card information on RockPOS.com.


You have thirty (30) days from the day following the order creation to request refund without having to give any reasons.

In order to proceed with refund, contact our Support team (via support@rockpos.com) and we will try our best to make it done as soon as possible.


Cancellation can be done anytime and will take effect in the next recurring payment (next period); the current subscription will stay active until then. Please contact Support team (via support@rockpos.com) and we will help you process cancel renewing license.

3- Privacy

Collect information from users’ customers.

Any collected information from end customers stored in RockPOS are not done by RockPOS but rather by the users of RockPOS; hence, we take no responsibility for the usage of these information.

Collect information from RockPOS users.

Information you provide to us:

We receive and store any information you enter on the Site or through the Services or provide to us in any other way. You can choose not to provide us with certain information, but then you may not be able to take advantage of many of our features.

In order for you to use all of our features, you must register with RockPOS. We require your e-mail address and password during the registration process.

Further information may be required if you choose to purchase paid components of the Products, such as credit card and billing information. RockPOS uses third party partners for credit card processing who may require and store your credit card and billing information.

E-mail Communications:
If you purchase RockPOS point-of-sale module, RockPOs will communicate with you about the products you purchase by e-mail. You consent to receiving such confirmations by e-mail. If you contact us via e-mail through the Site, we may retain a record of your contact information and any information you provide us in your message to respond to you. We may receive a confirmation when you open an e-mail from RockPOS.

We may also send e-mails with service updates, news or promotions. If you do not want to receive e-mail from us, please contact us at support@rockpos.com. If you do not want to receive legal notices from us, those legal notices will still govern your use of the Site and Services.

4- Additional Policies

Information Security

Your RockPOS account information is protected by a password for your privacy and security. Only employees or agents who need personal information to perform a specific job are granted access to it. All of our employees are kept up to date on our privacy and security practices. While RockPOS uses commercially reasonable means to secure your information, we do not guarantee that your personal information will not be improperly accessed, disclosed, or destroyed by breach of any of our safeguards.

Accessing Information
You are able to access, add to and update certain information about you. When you update information, however, we often maintain a copy of the unrevised information in our records.

Third Party Sites
The Site and Services may permit you to link to other websites on the Internet, and other websites may contain links to the Site or Products. These other websites are not under RockPOS's control and RockPOS is not responsible for the privacy or security practices or the content of such websites.
