Putting orders on hold

Putting orders on hold is one of the most useful features by RockPOS which enables you to put orders into waiting list so that you can start another order first. It comes really helpful especially when you have a long queue of customers but the current customer for some reasons cannot complete order until later.

• Put an order on hold: in middle of processing an order, you can click “New” button to put current order on hold. All information of the cart (eg: products, customers, discount, etc.) will be saved and can be accessed later. 

• Open on-hold order: click “On hold” button to view list of orders pop up. You can easily pick the one you need and it will load on screen with full information.
