Do we need to pay for a QZ Tray license?

QZTray is a type of yearly license that Rock POS must purchase and pay for annually in order to enhance the communication and printing capabilities of Rock POS with printers. Therefore:
- If you purchase Rock POS for X years, we will pay the cost of this license for X years.
- After X years, if you still want to use QZTray for printing receipts, you need to purchase an upgrade package (support), and we will send you an updated version with a renewed license from QZTray.
- In the case that after X years you do not wish to purchase the upgrade package (support) to use the advanced printing feature from QZTray, we recommend switching to the PDF printing mode from the Settings of Rock POS. Of course, this feature is very limited.
