How to contact us?

Getting in touch with us!
Email us with any questions or inquiries. We would be happy to answer your questions and concerns. Reach out to us and we’ll respond as soon as we can. Please follow 4 options below to contact us:

1.  Access our “Contact us” page to send an email

In this page, you need to fill in some required fields:

Subject Heading: Please select one of 6 available headings to indicate what your email is for.

Email address: Your email. After receiving your ticket, we will reply to this emai address.

Message: The content of your email

Captcha: You need to check this box before sending the email

 Additionally, there are 2 optional fields:

Order reference: If you purchased and you had the order reference.

Attach File: Images to upload. You can send more than 1 images to attach.

But please attach files that’re no larger than 1MB.

2. Contact us from the popup “Help” of Zendesk

In the bottom right of the window, there is a Zendesk popup.

After clicking, you can find out articles about Rock POS. If you cannot find out the answer for your question, you can send us an email by clicking “Contact us” button.
