Permissions setup
There are 2 types of permissions you need to note:
– Permissions to access RockPOS module in your Back Office
– Permissions to work with RockPOS in the Manage page of RockPOS
1. Permissions to access RockPOS module in your Back Office
On PrestaShop v1.6.x: From Back Office > Administration > Permissions > Select a profile to grant permissions.

On PrestaShop 1.7.x: From Back Office > Advanced Parameters > Team > Permissions > Select a profile to grant permissions.

You have done to grant permissions to use RockPOS!
2. Permissions to work with RockPOS in the Manage page of RockPOS
Since RockPOS v4.1.7, you have more control over to what your employees can access and see. In the previous versions, your employees is limited to access to Sell page and Manage page. With this function, you now can give permissions to your employees to let them do what on which screen. Just follow these steps below and your setup will be done soon:
To set up, log in the PrestaShop Back Office > RockPOS > Manage > Setup > Permissions.

By default, your employees can access to both Sell and Manage pages. In this step, you can choose which part of these page is accessible or which actions are for different group(s) of employee.

You can check/uncheck to allow/prevent employees from accessing or do anything in pages.
